Institutional Purchases

For College Departmental Purchases:

To place an order over the web, follow these instructions:

  • Click the link in the blue box below to begin your proposal. When you do so, a new browser window opens the Franklin & Marshall Apple Store appears.
  • Next, sign in with your Apple ID or create a personal Apple account if you do not have one.
  • Select the items you wish to purchase, and add the item to your cart. Click the blue Continue Shopping button to add additional items to your cart, or the green Continue button to Review your Proposal.
  • If you are satisfied with your proposal, click the green Create Proposal button at the bottom of the page.
  • In the Purchasing Agent's Email Address edit box, you must enter: ron@fandm.edu
  • Click the green Continue button.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: In the next screen, you should see a message that the proposal has been sent. Print this page, or write down the Web Proposal Number. Contact the Campus Procurement & Repair Center with this number either in person or via e-mail or telephone
    • - All orders are shipped directly to the Campus Procurement & Repair Center. Advance payment is required for special orders.
    • - Please remember you can always visit the Campus Procurement & Repair Center in person to receive ordering assistance. We are located in the lower level of the Martin Library.
