The ITS Call Center is located on the ground floor of the Harris Center.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
The Call Center exists to provide direct individual support to the College community by:

Help the ITS Call Center!
If you need to telephone the ITS Call Center, it will expedite your call if you have the following information readily available:
- Your username.
- The model of computer you use (e.g., iMac, iBook,etc.).
- The processor of the computer (e.g., PowerPC G4, or Intel Core Duo).**
- What operating system you are running (OS X, Windows XP).**
- The application you are using (Word, Excel, Apple Mail, Webmail).
- Any displayed error messages.
** Mac users: Click on the Apple menu and select "About this Mac."
** Windows XP users: Right-click on "My Computer," and from the contextual menu, select "Properties."
