iChat using ITS Jabber server

In an effort to try and keep the various ITS groups and student workers in contact with each other, Networks and Systems have created an iChat server using the jabber IM protocol. I have asked the members of my group to try to be connected to the server during the day.

- Open your iChat application
- Open the preferences and click on the accounts pane
- Click on the "+" button in the bottom left corner
- Your Jabber ID is your username with "@fandm.edu" added to the end
- Use your F&M password for your password
